The Invesco GPR Real Estate Europe UCITS ETF Acc aims to achieve the net total return performance of the GPR 75 Liquid Developed Europe Real Estate Index less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index is designed to represent the movements in the property share market of developed Europe. It is a free float market capitalisation weighted index based on shares of 75 leading office, residential, retail, industrial, health care and diversified property companies in Europe.  

Please note that, prior to 25 May 2018, the name of this product was Source GPR Real Estate Europe UCITS ETF. This change has no bearing on the investment objective or any other aspect of the product.


Product Closing Notice:

The board of Invesco Markets plc (the “Issuer”) has determined that the above listed fund is no longer economically viable and resolved to close and redeem this fund. In the context of the foregoing, the Issuer wishes to give irrevocable notice to all shareholders of this fund that it is its intention to (i) permanently de-list the shares from trading on exchange and (ii) permanently close the fund to further subscriptions by and redemptions from authorised participants. Risk of using derivatives:  in order to reach its investment objective, the Fund enters into swap agreements which provide the performance of the Reference Index, and may imply a range of risks which could lead to an adjustment or even the early termination of the swap agreement.

Liquidity on secondary market risk:  Lower liquidity means there are insufficient buyers or sellers to allow the Fund to sell or buy investments readily. On-exchange liquidity may be limited due to Reference Index suspension, a decision by one of the relevant stock exchanges, or a breach by the market maker of respective stock exchange requirements and guidelines.
